All memberships include a two-month commitment and are set up for monthly auto-renewal. We also offer a sliding-scale option to help make movement more accessible — because community and care are at the heart of everything we do.

class packs

Our Class Packs offer the perfect blend of flexibility and commitment. Whether you're building a routine, cross-training, or fitting movement into a busy schedule, class packs let you choose when and how often you want to take class—without a monthly membership.

Our private sessions are tailored entirely to you. Whether you're looking for one-on-one support or want to move with a small group of friends, private classes provide personalized attention, customized programming, and a focused environment to help you reach your goals.

Ideal for beginners learning the foundations, clients recovering from injury, athletes cross-training, or anyone wanting deeper guidance, private sessions allow us to meet your specific needs—with pacing, modifications, and progressions designed just for you.

FAQs

  • Just yourself, grip socks, and a water bottle. We provide all equipment, including reformers and props. If you don’t have grip socks, you can purchase them at the studio.

  • Wear comfortable, athletic clothing that allows you to move freely and safely on the reformer.

  • No experience needed! Our classes are designed for all levels. Instructors offer modifications, progressions, and clear guidance to support beginners and challenge those with more experience.

  • Reformer Pilates uses a spring-resistance machine that helps you build strength, improve mobility, enhance alignment, and deepen core stability. It’s low-impact, joint-friendly, and effective for all bodies.
