Our Team
The team at Black Hills Core Collective is made up of passionate instructors who care deeply about movement, connection, and creating a space where everyone feels welcome. Each instructor brings their own experience and energy, but we’re united by a shared commitment to thoughtful instruction, inclusivity, and community.
We’re here to support you, meet you where you are, and help you move with confidence — every step of the way.

I was born and raised in the Black Hills, and my love for this place runs deep. It is where I feel most grounded, inspired, and at home.
I have a deep love for design and curating spaces. I believe the environment you walk into matters: how it feels, how it welcomes you, and how it invites you to show up exactly as you are. The goal with this studio was to create a space that feels warm, intentional, and inclusive.
Creating Black Hills Core Collective has been a way to blend everything I care about: movement, design, community, and creating spaces where people genuinely feel safe, supported, and seen. It has been amazing to work alongside these girls and to be able to pull our minds together to create something truly special.

I’m 24, married, doggie mom to Murphy, and getting ready to welcome our sweet baby boy this June!
Originally from Minnesota, my husband and I made the move to Rapid City in 2023, and I’ve loved calling this place home ever since. Movement has always been a huge part of my life - from growing up in every sport imaginable, to competing in gymnastics through high school and playing collegiate ultimate frisbee at the University of Minnesota.
I’ve always loved fitness, trying new workout classes, and dreaming about becoming an instructor one day, and now that dream is a reality!! I’m passionate about wellness, movement, community, new recipes, and my faith, and I truly believe in the power of moving your body in a way that feels good.
I’m beyond excited to be opening this studio alongside Kass and Kaela and cannot wait to see all your cutie faces again soon !!

I’m 30 years old, born and raised in Rapid City. I graduated from SDSU with a Bachelors of Science in Human Biology but now own a consulting and insurance adjusting company. Movement and wellness have always been important to me, from navigating my own knee injury rehab to trying cold plunges and doing parasite cleanses (iykyk). Some of my hobbies/loves include traveling, nutrition, health, faith, the outdoors, and coffee! In my free time I enjoy doing just about anything outdoors! You can find me hiking, paddle boarding, slacklining, camping, reading, or catching some sun & fresh air. I’m so grateful for all of you and can’t wait to see you in the studio!

Born and raised SoDak girl. Life is good- learning as I go, and often saying the quiet part out loud. Here’s a few things I deeply believe in as an instructor; intentional movement, challenging but accessible, mindful progression that supports sustainability. Pilates should nurture how you live outside of the studio. It should reinforce an alignment with your body and mind. If you win the battles during your workout, you will continue to carry that energy with you out into the real world. I promise to be your 2nd biggest cheer leader, because I’ll always leave the first spot for you.

A little about me: Born and raised in Rapid City. When I’m not in the studio, you can find me binge-watching my favorite show, reading, going on walks, or spending time with my favorite people. I am so excited to be apart of The Collective and being in such a supportive environment where we can challenge both our body and minds while building strength and confidence. Growing up, movement has always been a big part of my life, and I can’t wait to share that with you all in the studio. I look forward to moving and growing together!

I am a Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant with a background in Exercise Science/Kinesiology and experience as a Strength & Conditioning Coach Assistant. I bring a strong understanding of functional movement and mindful exercise into every Pilates session.
I am passionate about helping people feel their best—both mentally and physically—and i love supporting clients as they build strength and confidence to become the best versions of themselves. When I’m not teaching, you’ll find me enjoying nature, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.

Yo yo yo my Core Queens! I am super stoked to see all your beautiful faces here at Core Collective!
A little about me: I’m super passionate about fitness and creating environments where anyone and everyone feels welcome. If I’m not at the studio you can catch me running on the trail, hiking in the woods, or curled up on my couch with my cat (David) reading a book or watching re-runs of Sex and the City (I’m a Samantha). In any class with me you can expect fun, upbeat vibes, pop punk music, and (if you’re lucky) a joke of two from me on the mic. Hope to see you soon!

I was born and raised in the Black Hills, where I developed a lifelong love for the outdoors and an active lifestyle. When I’m not in the studio, you can usually find me outside riding my bike or heading out on an adventure. I am a globally certified Pilates mat and reformer instructor through Breathe Education. I’m passionate about helping you build strength, move with confidence, and feel good in your bodies. I’d love to see you in class!
